The Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Onsite Recruitment Co-Ordinator to manage daily staffing operations at one of our busy food production clients in Isleham. You’ll be the face of our agency onsite, ensuring workforce requirements are met, candidates are fully registered and compliant, and everything runs smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct staff inductions and new starter registrations
- Check-in candidates each morning and verify Right to Work/ID documentation
- Manage the Time & Attendance system and daily bookings
- Liaise with production team leaders to forecast labour needs
- Provide first-line support to workers and client supervisors
- Participate in the on-call rota to handle out-of-hours staffing issues
Requirements:
- Experience working as an onsite recruiter or similar within a production or manufacturing setting
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Comfortable with early starts and on-call working
