Recruit Mint is partnering with a well-established company looking for Production Operatives to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work sociable hours, Monday to Friday, with overtime available in busy periods. Full training is provided.
Your Role as a Production Operative:
- Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards
- Read and follow job sheets to select the correct components for production
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working at speed
- Inspect products and make necessary corrections
- Follow all Health & Safety regulations
