Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical testing on products, systems, and components.
- Diagnose faults and ensure systems operate within safety regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field advantageous.
- Proven experience in electrical testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards.
- Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters or power analyzers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Benefits:
- Starting salary of £13.21/hour
- 38 hours per week
- Working Hours Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 4:30pm 30 mins lunch. Friday 7:30am to 11:30am
- Overtime @ 1.33 for the first 4 hrs @ 1.5 after.
- 36 days holiday per annum
