Maintenance Manager Overview: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team in St Neots. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Maintenance Team operations, guiding the crew to achieve business needs, and consistently managing Maintenance KPIs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in managing a Maintenance department.
