Registered EBD Children’s Home in the local area of Ramsgate. We are currently in the process of working on the opening of a second Registered EBD Children’s Home which will also be based in Ramsgate.
We are looking for a caring and motivated Level 3/4 Qualified Residential Support Worker to work with children who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. The role can be challenging, but rewarding so the successful candidate will require resilience, patience, understanding, and good parental values.
We are looking to welcome new members to join our small friendly team who can uphold the organisational values of being person-centred, nurturing, collaborative working, and family orientated, to contribute to the creation of our family-feel children’s home.
