We are working in partnership with our fantastic client, one of the UK’s leading providers of Security & FM solutions, to recruit an ambitious and driven business development professional, with strong industry connections and a passion for developing new opportunities.

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are now seeking an experienced and well-connected Senior Sales Manager to strengthen our senior commercial team. This appointment is suited to a proven security industry professional with a strong track record of winning high-value contracts and an existing network of decision-makers.

You will be responsible for generating and securing new business across key verticals, positioning the Company as the trusted partner for large-scale security and FM requirements:

  • Facilities Managers
  • Commercial Directors
  • Main Contractors & Developers
  • Commercial Property
  • Industrial & Manufacturing
  • Retail

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead strategic sales conversations and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Deliver high-quality, commercially viable opportunities to the Regional Director for final scoping and conversion.
  • Develop and execute structured sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the Group’s security and FM services.
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring profitability and long-term client retention.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years’ B2B sales experience.
  • Proven background within the UK security industry (manned guarding or FM services).
  • Strong network across procurement, surveying, FM or estates functions.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management capability.
  • CRM proficiency and structured pipeline management.
  • Understanding of SIA compliance and UK regulatory frameworks.
