Role Overview:
We have an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Permanent Recruiter to help build and drive the Permanent Division within an excellent established, growing contractor recruitment firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and drive the Permanent Division within an established, growing contractor recruitment firm.
- Highly active in Wind Farming / Offshore Cable Construction.
- Placing white-collar professionals in high-value roles £80k - £100k including legal, contract, commercial, and procurement (business services).
- This is a warm desk; however, it requires significant Business Development activity to build the permanent book alongside delivery.
About You:
- Level: Senior Recruiter 3+ years' experience; must be a 'closer'.
- Sector Knowledge: Ideally experienced in Wind/Renewables, but strong white-collar Construction experience (project management, commercial roles) will also be considered.
- Will suit someone who enjoys working in a competitive, highly focused, hands-on environment who is prepared to be on the phones to help build the desk and Division.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Knowledge of recruiting in the Renewable Energy sector is highly desirable.
