Manage your own caseload alongside team responsibilities.
Coach, mentor and support the development of adjusters.
Support major loss and specialist practices.
Identify recruitment, operational and regional growth opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Support complaint resolution, audits and continuous improvement.
