We are seeking an experienced Casualty Claims Handler to join a growing and highly respected Third-Party Administrator (TPA). Working remotely, you will manage a varied portfolio of casualty claims, with a particular focus on Employers' Liability (EL) and MOJ Personal Injury claims, ensuring files are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of casualty claims from first notification through to settlement.
- Handle MOJ Portal Personal Injury claims, ensuring compliance with all relevant protocols and timescales.
- Investigate and assess Employers' Liability (EL) claims, reviewing liability, causation, and quantum.
- Liaise with claimants, solicitors, insurers, clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Obtain and review medical evidence, wage information, and other supporting documentation.
- Negotiate settlements within delegated authority levels.
- Maintain accurate claim reserves and detailed file notes.
