Recruit Ins are recruiting for an Executive Manager to join a Commercial Property Loss Adjusting team in the West Midlands.

The Role

  • Manage and support a regional team of Commercial Property Loss Adjusters.
  • Oversee performance, SLAs, quality and financial targets.
  • Manage your own caseload alongside team responsibilities.
  • Coach, mentor and support the development of adjusters.
  • Support major loss and specialist practices.
  • Identify recruitment, operational and regional growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support complaint resolution, audits and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Commercial Property Loss Adjusting experience.
  • Significant team management experience.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
  • Strong negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organised, motivated and commercially focused.
