Occupational Health Advisor Cambridge Full time or Part Time (2 days) – Up to £45k OH153 We are working with a SEQOHS accredited Occupational Health Provider with over 350 clients to source an Occupational Health Advisor for a hybrid role to work from home and at client sites in and around Cambridge. Ideal home/base location would be Cambridge or Newmarket. The role is approx. 2 days on site and 3 days working from home/office. This is a medium sized Occupational Health business employing around 50 members of staff. The role covers the full remit of Occupational Health. Caseloads are low with a focus on quality of provision. This role covers client sites up to an hour from Cambridge and includes some home-based case management. The expectation is you will do 5 cases a day. The role is part time or full time, working a minimum of 2 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Case management (max 5 cases a day). New starter questionnaires. Health Surveillance. Wellbeing. Phlebotomy. Vaccination skills. Requirements of the role: OH Qualified. Minimum 2 years occupational health experience. Case management experience. Commercially focused. Good IT skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a car. Benefits Salary up to £45k depending on experience and qualifications. Hybrid working.
