Job Description:

  • Liaise with 3PL on inbound/outbound shipments & logistics issues
  • Process sales orders, billings, invoices & credit notes (APAC region)
  • Perform monthly inventory & consignment stock reconciliation
  • Update inventory transactions in ERP system
  • Maintain shipping records & ensure export documentation compliance
  • Generate inventory & sales reports for management/customers
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related
  • Min. 1–3 years supply chain / logistics / inventory experience
  • Familiar with export documentation & LC
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), Word & PowerPoint
  • ERP system exposure
  • Good analytical skills & team player
