Job Responsibilities:
- As an Operations Assistant in our Pre-Owned Cars segment, you’ll be supporting our car showroom and vehicle preparation processes.
- Showroom Vehicles
- Perform daily checks to ensure showroom cars are in good condition and properly parked
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records of the movement and transfer of vehicles between locations
- Ensure showroom cars display correct spec sheets and model plates
- Complete proper vehicles handover checks and documentation
- Arrange showroom cars for workshops or vendors servicing when required
- Ensure sold cars are parked at designated areas with proper signage
- Send vehicles for STA inspection/Agent/External vendors
- Create and follow up on job entries in Salesforce/Planner
- Coordinate delivery schedules closely with Sales Consultants
- Ensure vehicles are thoroughly checked and detailed before customer delivery
- Do tyre/battery checklist
- Accountability of Delivery Packs (2 master keys, Owner Manual and Service Booklet)
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
- Support and participate in sales events as required
- Generate Purchase Order amount accurately and promptly for superior approval
- Maintain the accuracy of vehicle location
- Assist in monthly stock take
Job Requirements:
- Class 3 driving license is a must and with prior technical knowledge in automotive industry is a plus
- Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
- Customer-focused & detail-oriented
- Strong planning skills to manage vehicle movements for smooth operations
- Proficient in Basic Microsoft Office tools
