  • Support OEM & channel partners across ASEAN/India
  • Handle product qualification & new product introduction (NPI)
  • Ensure product integration within customer manufacturing specs
  • Provide technical marketing support (customer engagement, exhibitions)
  • Support RMA, diagnostics & failure analysis
