Job Purpose

Support end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics coordination, inventory management, order processing, and reporting across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with 3PL providers on inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Issue sales orders and handle billing for Singapore consignment business
  • Perform monthly stock reconciliation for consignment inventory with Singapore distributor / e-commerce partners
  • Monitor and process inventory transactions in ERP system
  • Manage customer purchase orders across APAC, including invoice processing, credit notes, and pricing verification
  • Highlight discrepancies to Sales and follow up with Finance on payment status
  • Maintain shipping records and provide shipment tracking/history upon request
  • Ensure all shipping documents and regulatory approvals are in place prior to dispatch
  • Generate management and customer reports (inventory reports, weekly sales reports, etc.)
  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
