Job Purpose
Support end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics coordination, inventory management, order processing, and reporting across APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with 3PL providers on inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Issue sales orders and handle billing for Singapore consignment business
- Perform monthly stock reconciliation for consignment inventory with Singapore distributor / e-commerce partners
- Monitor and process inventory transactions in ERP system
- Manage customer purchase orders across APAC, including invoice processing, credit notes, and pricing verification
- Highlight discrepancies to Sales and follow up with Finance on payment status
- Maintain shipping records and provide shipment tracking/history upon request
- Ensure all shipping documents and regulatory approvals are in place prior to dispatch
- Generate management and customer reports (inventory reports, weekly sales reports, etc.)
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
