Support internal branding including institutions and cluster communications scope of work.

Support secured internal staff content and platforms and external communications scope of work, including Intranet, EDMs, e-newsletter, Teams, Social Media, public-fronting collaterals, signages and profiling efforts.

Support any related scope of work, including liaison with vendors/staff, gathering of resources, adaptation of artworks, and other related tasks as assigned.

Support administrative/logistical matters in the department, including minute-taking.

Requirements:

  • Min. bachelor's degree in marketing/comms/relevant fields
  • No experience required, training is provided.
