A globally recognised business in South Kirkby that designs and builds bespoke staging, set pieces, and stage machinery for the live entertainment industry is looking for Welder Fabricators. You will be welding and fabricating structures for major tours, concerts, and live events worldwide.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welding components for stage structures and architectural features
- Fabricating custom frameworks, fascia structures, and deck platforms
- Working from engineering drawings and fabrication specifications
- Using cutting, rolling, and bending equipment to shape and form components
- Conducting quality checks to ensure work meets specifications and finish standards
- Working to tight tolerances throughout
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
What you need:
- Proven welding experience is essential
- Experience with TIG as a primary process is preferred, but not essential
- Aluminium welding experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
- Competent with fabrication tools and machinery (saws, grinders, drills, press brakes)
- Experience with hand tools and precision measuring equipment

- Days: 07:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday
