We\’re recruiting a Packing Operative for a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Chalgrove. You\’ll be packing and palletising pyrotechnic components including cartridge sets and rocket motors for aviation safety systems – specialist work with explosive materials in a highly regulated environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Packing and palletising cartridges and rocket motors to engineering instructions
• Handling explosive materials safely in accordance with strict procedures
• Raising deliveries and printing labels
• Using SAP to manage work progress and KPIs
• Working to dangerous goods regulations for air, sea, and road transport
• Contributing to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring all work meets health and safety requirements including risk assessments and COSHH

What you need:

• GCSE grades 3-7 (or equivalent)
• Dangerous goods training (air, sea, road) is ideal, or relevant dangerous goods experience if you can train up quickly
• Level D approval (or ability to achieve this)
• Basic SAP and Microsoft Office skills
• Understanding of H&S procedures in regulated environments
• Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications precisely
• Team player who can work independently
