A global engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to take ownership of complex design work spanning automation systems, power transmission equipment and bespoke engineered solutions. This is more than a design role. You’ll be running multiple design phases at once, helping steer technical direction and actively mentoring colleagues through demanding projects. No direct line management is involved, but technical leadership and a team-first mindset are very much part of how this role works day to day.
