NDT Tech – PCN 2 – Defence Engineering Stockport | Permanent | £55,000 – £60,000 + Benefits A leading manufacturer of military vehicle systems and deployable defence equipment is seeking an experienced NDT Technician to join their engineering centre of excellence in the Northwest. Requirements: PCN Level 2 in RT (essential); VT, MT, and PT qualifications desirable Strong understanding of engineering drawings and inspection instruments NDT experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment (e.g. defence, aerospace, oil & gas, nuclear, motorsport) Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles The Role: Responsible for RT, VT, MT, and PT inspections on fabricated components throughout the production process. This quality-focused role includes equipment calibration, defect investigation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
