As part of continued growth, we are seeking skilled MIG Welder/Fabricators capable of welding and fabricating complex aluminium assemblies within a modern, safety-driven production environment.
About the Role
You will carry out high-precision welding and fabrication activities to manufacture complex aluminium structures and assemblies for defence applications. Working from engineering drawings, welding procedures and work instructions, you will fabricate, assemble and weld components to strict quality and dimensional standards. This role requires a combination of fabrication and welding expertise, producing low-volume, high-value products where quality, accuracy and traceability are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Health: Work safely at all times, following all SHE policies, regulations and 5S standards.
- Fabrication: Mark out, cut, form and assemble aluminium components in line with engineering drawings.
