The predicted salary is between 13 - 17 £ per hour.

Location: Leeds

Pay: £16 - £20.70 per hour (depending on experience and shift)

Shifts: Permanent Mornings or Permanent Back Shift (4-day week on back shift)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re supporting a long-established precision engineering business in Leeds as they look to add a number of experienced CNC Programmer/Setters to their team. This is a stable, well-equipped machine shop with modern machines and a strong order book, offering long-term progression and a choice of shifts to suit your lifestyle.

The Role:

  • Programming, setting and operating CNC machines (Fanuc Controls Essential)
  • Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Performing in-process inspection to maintain quality standards
  • Working collaboratively with production, engineering and quality teams
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area

  • Strong CNC programming experience
  • Confidence working from technical drawings
