We are supporting a long-established precision engineering business in Leeds looking for a CNC Miller Setter with Fanuc controls who is ready to develop into a programming role. This is a genuine training and progression opportunity - you will start on days while learning programming, then move to the back shift once you are at programmer level.
The Role:
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines (Fanuc Controls Essential)
- Learning CNC programming with structured training and support
- Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Performing in-process inspection to maintain quality standards
- Working collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area

- Proven CNC milling setting experience
- Fanuc control experience (essential)
