A leading CNC machine tool manufacturer is expanding its service team and is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer. This role offers the chance to work with advanced CNC technology while maximising your earning potential through regular overtime and nationwide travel.
The Role
- Service, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK.
- Deliver expert fault-finding and technical support to reduce downtime.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism and high-quality service.
- Standard 37.5-hour week with consistent opportunities for overtime.
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary: £32,500 – £37,500 (depending on experience).
- OTE: £45,500 – £52,500 (based on approx. 10 hours overtime per week).
- Time and a half after 37.5 hours and on Saturdays.
- Double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- Paid door-to-door travel.
- Company car (Skoda – model choice available).
About You
- Experience in CNC machine tool servicing.
- Strong CNC knowledge; experience with specific OEMs is highly desirable.
- Skilled in fault-finding and problem-solving.
- Able to work independently while representing the company in a customer-facing role.
