We’re looking for a highly skilled field service engineer to join a leading name in the CNC machine tool sector. This role is primarily focused on machine installation and commissioning, ensuring customers experience a seamless setup and optimal machine performance. Key responsibilities

  • Install and commission CNC machine tools at customer sites, ensuring full functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues during installation and in-service calls.
  • Provide operator training and technical guidance, ensuring customers can effectively use and maintain their machines.
  • Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise installation processes and improve overall service efficiency.
