Field Service Engineer – CNC Machine Tool OEM Location: Field-based – North London & Northern Home Counties Package: £50,000 – £60,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonuses + Full Benefits Package Are you an apprentice-trained engineer looking for a rewarding field-based role with a globally recognised machine tool OEM? The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the performance and reliability of CNC machine tools. You will be responsible for: Breakdown Response & Preventative Maintenance – Diagnosing faults and restoring machine uptime. Installation & Commissioning – Setting up and optimising new machines on-site. Routine Servicing & Repairs – Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues. Customer Support & Training – Guiding operators on machine use and maintenance best practices. OEM Training – Ongoing development with access to international training and advanced technologies.
