We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading CNC machine tool manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer with a solid CNC background who wants to boost their earnings while working with advanced technology.
The Role- Service, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools at customer sites across the UK.
- Diagnose faults and provide technical support to minimise downtime.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional service and support.
- Standard 37.5-hour week with regular overtime available.
- Competitive basic salary: £32,500 – £37,500 (DOE).
- OTE: £45,500 – £52,500 (based on 10 hrs overtime/week).
- Overtime rates: 1.5x after 37.5 hours and Saturdays, 2x on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- Paid door-to-door travel.
- Company car (Skoda, choice of model).
- Experience servicing CNC machine tools.
- Strong CNC knowledge; OEM-specific experience is a real plus.
- Skilled in fault-finding and problem-solving.
