This position has become available due to internal promotion, and offers a genuine route into service engineering for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who's ready to develop their skills. Full training will be provided on CNC machinery – no prior machine tool experience required.\\n\\nWhat you'll be doing:\\n\\nCarrying out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on CNC equipment at customer sites\\n\\nDelivering excellent customer service while diagnosing and resolving technical issues\\n\\nManaging your own schedule across the region, travelling to client locations independently\\n\\nMaintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle to professional standards\\n\\nWhat you need:\\n\\nSolid mechanical maintenance experience (workshop, production maintenance, or similar)\\n\\nStrong fault-finding and problem-solving ability\\n\\nQuick learner who can pick up new technical skills rapidly\\n\\nSelf-sufficient and proactive approach to work\\n\\nFull UK driving licence\\n\\nComfortable with regular travel and working independently\\n\\nCNC machine tool experience is beneficial but not essential – we're looking for someone with the right mechanical foundation and attitude who can be trained on the technical specifics.\\n\\nWhat's on offer:\\n\\n£26,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience)\\n\\nGuaranteed bonus: £6,000 – £8,500\\n\\nBMW 330e company car\\n\\nFull tool kit provided\\n\\nComprehensive training on CNC systems\\n\\nClear progression opportunities (this role is available due to internal promotion)\\n\\nThis is a permanent field-based position with genuine scope for career development.
