A well-established global distributor of industrial and construction supplies is seeking an Aerospace Sales Representative to support and expand its business within the Aerospace, Aviation, and Aircraft Repair Industry. This role involves working with key accounts and new customers to identify solutions, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
After an initial period of onboarding and training, this position may offer a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing aerospace customers.
- Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed annual targets.
- Support the sales process and assist with the implementation of quality control procedures.
- Handle Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
- Manage inventory, place and fulfill orders, and oversee shipping and receiving.
- Inspect aerospace products and kit hardware according to customer specifications.
- Conduct deliveries using a company vehicle.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies.
Required Qualifications:
- A valid full driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- An associate’s degree in Business/Marketing OR two years of industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages regularly.
