Compliance Administrator – Education Recruitment
Recruit Edge is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Education Recruitment Agency in Birmingham, seeking a diligent and proactive Compliance Administrator to join their supportive and dynamic team.
A minimum of 6 months compliance in education recruitment of a similar sector is essential for this roll, applicants without experience of conducting pre-employment checks in regulated activity will not be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment consultants with the registration and compliance of candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the candidate compliance process from start to finish
- Collecting and verifying essential documents (ID, DBS, references, qualifications, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate records in line with safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with candidates to ensure all checks are completed in a timely manner
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks related to candidate onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in compliance, administration, or a similar support role (recruitment or education sector experience desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance process including Enhanced DBS and Digital ID
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
