You’ll work one-to-one with participants, helping them build confidence, develop employability skills, overcome barriers and secure rewarding job opportunities.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a caseload of participants from referral through to sustained employment.
- Deliver personalised coaching, action planning and employability support.
- Help with CVs, job searching, interview preparation and workplace skills.
- Build strong relationships with employers and coordinate interviews.
- Provide ongoing in-work support to help participants succeed.
- Achieve performance targets while making a genuine impact on people's lives.
