We have amazing opportunities for Functional Skills Tutors, to work for one of the country's leading training providers working with small groups of disengaged learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.

Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:

  • Experience as an English or maths Tutor
  • Must hold a Level 3 or higher teaching qualification
  • Be able to promote an effective and inclusive learning environment
  • Good level of IT competence
  • Confident in using a diverse range of resources and communication skills
  • Confident and professional when interacting with disadvantaged groups
