We are seeking an energetic and passionate Ladies Fashion Sales Consultant to join a dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service while showcasing the latest in women's fashion.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their style preferences and needs
- Assist clients in selecting fashionable ladies' apparel, accessories, and footwear that suit their individual tastes
- Provide detailed product information, including fabric details, sizing, and styling tips to enhance customer experience
- Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain attractive visual displays through effective merchandising techniques to highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections
- Manage stock levels on the sales floor, restock items as needed, and ensure the store remains organised and inviting
- Cashing up at the end of day.
- Helping in other departments when needed.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales and an interest in fashion.
- Good communication skills with the ability to connect with our customers and understand their needs
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and using cash register
- Excellent organisational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and well-presented
- Confident and enthusiastic.
