Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, nurturing early years, Montessori nursery setting in Wembley (HA9). The nursery provides a child-centred environment inspired by Montessori principles, supporting independence, curiosity, and confidence in every child. The nursery offers bright, thoughtfully prepared learning spaces and a strong focus on holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities tailored to individual development
- Complete detailed observations and maintain accurate learning records
- Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of care
- Build strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the nursery
- Support daily routines including meal times and outdoor play
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Right to work within the UK (no sponsorship required)
- Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or Childcare Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards, inspection requirements
- An enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) will be required prior to employment in line with safeguarding and Ofsted regulations.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Ability to build strong relationships with children and families
