Job Description
As a Toddler Room Leader, you will take the lead within a well-established Montessori-inspired nursery setting, supporting toddlers’ development through engaging, child-led learning experiences in line with EYFS standards. The nursery provides a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop independence, build confidence, and learn through meaningful play. Located in Sunningdale, Berkshire (SL5), the nursery offers a supportive and collaborative workplace with a strong focus on creating exceptional experiences for children and families. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily running of the toddler room
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities and learning experiences
- Support, mentor, and guide junior team members within the room
- Ensure high standards of care, safety, and safeguarding are maintained
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
