Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

Job Description: As a Preschool Room Leader, you will take the lead within a well-established nursery setting, supporting children’s development through engaging, play-based learning in line with EYFS standards. This setting offers a warm, child-focused environment where creativity, curiosity, and emotional wellbeing are prioritised. Located in Sunningdale, Berkshire (SL5), the nursery provides a supportive and collaborative workplace with strong leadership and a focus on continuous development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily running of the preschool room
  • Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities and learning experiences
  • Support, mentor, and guide junior team members within the room
  • Ensure high standards of care, safety, and safeguarding are maintained
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records
