This permanent, full-time role is ideal for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner or Early Years Educator who is nurturing, reliable and confident planning engaging activities for children aged 0 to 5. You will provide high-quality care and early education while helping children develop through play, structured activities and positive relationships. Key responsibilities: Provide warm, nurturing and attentive care for children aged 0 to 5. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. Support children's independence, curiosity, confidence and individual development. Apply Montessori principles alongside the EYFS framework. Build positive professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Support communication, language development, routines and settling-in. Encourage school readiness and learning through play. Observe children's progress and contribute to planning and records. Follow safeguarding, health and safety and child-development best practice. Contribute positively to the wider nursery team and the needs of the room. Essential requirements: A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent. Practical nursery experience in an EYFS setting. Experience supporting children aged 0 to 5. The ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities. A calm, reliable and nurturing approach. The ability to build warm, professional relationships with children, families and colleagues. The ability to work confidently as part of a team. The right to work in the UK.
