Job Description
As a Nursery Quality Lead, you will be based within a welcoming Montessori nursery in Wembley, HA9, supporting the delivery of nurturing, child-centred care and high-quality early education. This is a hands-on, room-based early years leadership role for an experienced childcare professional who wants to remain closely involved in daily nursery practice while helping colleagues maintain consistently high standards. You will support an environment where children aged from three months to five years can develop confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning. The nursery combines Montessori principles with the EYFS, offering creative learning resources, spacious outdoor areas and a broad range of engaging experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and model consistently high standards of room-based early years practice

Requirements

- Qualification: Level 3 early years or childcare qualification or above
- Experience level: Previous experience in a senior, leadership or quality-focused nursery position
