Job Description:
As a Residential Service Manager, you will lead a purpose-built residential care home in Newtown, SY16, supporting high-quality care delivery across a 40-bed service for older people. The home offers a warm, safe and homely environment with modern facilities, wheelchair access and care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs.
This role would suit an experienced care home manager who has previously managed a similar size service and is confident leading teams, maintaining standards and supporting residents’ independence, comfort and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
