Salary

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

- Clinic and community caseloads can include paediatric clients, adult clients, or a mixed caseload depending on therapist preference

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work across a varied and rewarding multi-site caseload including mainstream primary schools, mainstream secondary schools, an SEN school in Whitechapel, Stratford clinic services, and community settings throughout East London (E15). Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy interventions across mainstream schools, SEN settings, clinic, and community environments
- Manage a varied paediatric and/or adult caseload depending on experience and clinical interests
- Complete assessments, therapy planning, reviews, and clinical documentation in line with HCPC standards
- Support children and young people with communication, speech, language, and social interaction needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, parents, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Participate in supervision, CPD sessions, peer support activities, and MDT collaboration
- Travel between Stratford clinic sites, schools, and community visits across surrounding East London areas
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service quality standards and compliance
- Build positive and professional therapeutic relationships with clients, families, education staff, and healthcare professionals
