  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation aligned with professional standards and governance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent, joined-up care across the service
  • Monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and feedback
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of clinic sessions across both sites
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and wider healthcare professionals when required
  • Engage in CPD, reflective practice, supervision, and shared team learning opportunities

Requirements:

  • Have the right to work within the UK indefinitely (no sponsorship required now or at a later date)
  • HCPC registration as a Chartered Physiotherapist (or eligibility to register)
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in MSK physiotherapy
  • Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and rehabilitation planning skills
  • Confident communication style with an empathetic, professional approach
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Comfortable managing a varied caseload in a busy clinic setting
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to working across two sites
