As Project Manager you will have full responsibility for the scheme feeding into the regional Contracts Manager overseeing all aspects of construction phases ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Responsibilities: * Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. * Manage project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues promptly. * Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
