The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join the specialist Design Team. Youll play a key role in delivering projects across the UK, working on both new build and refurbishment schemes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stages 2-6
  • Creating 3D Revit models from concept through to construction issue information
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, producing and reviewing working drawings/specifications
  • Preparing planning, building control, and construction issue drawings
  • Attending client meetings and site visits, liaising with contractors and providing technical advice

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background in residential/housing projects
  • Experience with Design & Build contracts
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit desirable but not essential)
  • Proven experience in a design office with excellent technical ability
  • Knowledge of building and planning regulations/procedures
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Leadership qualities to support and mentor junior team members
