The company: This is a leading developer of state-of-the-art care homes and retirement living throughout the UK with offices based near Leeds.
The role: As Senior Architectural Technologist you will be involved in developments from the very beginning working with the Land team to produce feasibility layouts, through planning and building regulations and managing the design through all construction phases to completion. Working closely with the Head of Architecture and wider team you will also manage more junior architectural staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or HND
- Minimum of 10 years
- Excellent technical and problem solving skills
- Experience of working on projects from inception through to completion
- Must have practical knowledge of Revit / BIM including modelling and BIM strategy
- Excellent construction knowledge with the ability to produce construction and detailed working drawings and packages quickly and efficiently
- Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to value of £10M would be beneficial
