The Role

We’re looking for a technically minded all-rounder to support pre‑construction across multiple developments, moving projects from feasibility to site start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre‑construction activities across multiple developments
  • Review technical information, including drawings, surveys, and site reports
  • Identify design, technical, and delivery risks and opportunities
  • Assist in early discussions with statutory bodies
  • Prepare technical reports and project documentation
  • Monitor technical obligations post‑land exchange
  • Attend project launch and handover meetings
  • Liaise with consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in construction, development, or housebuilding
  • Experience with developers or main contractors preferred
  • Strong understanding of development and pre‑construction processes
  • Skilled at reviewing technical drawings and reports
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel)
  • Engineering‑focused mindset rather than architectural
