Recruit Assist are in partnership with an electrical trade wholesaler in Loughton. We are hiring for an experienced Trade Counter Sales Account Manager with proven electrical industry expertise, that has the knowledge and personality to overdevelop business relationships.

SALARY: £45K TO £50K + UNCAPPED BONUS

SHIFT PATTERN: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7.30AM TO 5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Serving customers at the trade counter and handling phone enquiries
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and following up on customer quotes
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Creating engaging product displays and counter promotions
  • Providing excellent customer service every day
  • Electrical wholesale experience (essential)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, approachable, customer-focused attitude

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND CRITERIA:

  • Must have electrical trade counter experience
  • Supporting customers on the trade desk, phone and by email
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a previous position
  • Driving License is required for any potential client visit
