Recruit Assist are supporting Drainage & Plumbing Ltd, a fast-growing, customer-focused business delivering high-quality drainage and plumbing services. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Service Supervisor to lead and support our drainage and plumbing road teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard, while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

SALARY: £45K per year + on-call + Van

SHIFT PATTERN: Mon to Friday 7am to 4am

DETAILS:

  • Leading and supporting our team of field engineers
  • Manage and document issues including absence, lateness, complaints, and general enquiries.
  • Providing expert technical advice on drainage and plumbing issues
  • Managing escalations and complex jobs
  • Monitoring performance and driving KPIs
  • Supporting the planning team schedules and ensuring full coverage
  • Conducting site visits, audits, and coaching engineers
  • Improving processes to increase efficiency and first-time fix rates
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service

ESSENTIAL DRAINAGE EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year as a Lead Drainage Engineer
  • 3 to 5 years as a drainage engineer before being a leader
  • Local to the site
  • Confident in providing technical support
  • Driving License max 6 points
  • Will pass a D&A test
