Recruit Assist are recruiting for Leaflet Distributors to hand deliver letters for government and official clients across London. The starting location will be the EN4 postcode and transport will be provided to the locations as part of a postal team.
Previous experience of posting letters with other postal companies will be an advantage, or if you like walking and want to be paid for walking, this is the job for you! Our candidates must have the experience of walking and have the stamina to walk for at least 7 to 10 miles a day to post letter notifications.
This position is seasonal and days worked each week can vary.
Induction Start Date: Thursday 3rd September 11.30am Video Induction
Hourly Pay: £13.25 per hour without holiday pay, £14.84 with holiday pay.
Leaflet Distributors Shift Times and Salary per hour:
- Monday to Friday
- 7am to 5pm
- Breaks are paid
Leaflet Distributors Duties:
- Hand delivering letters
- Outside walking in all weather conditions
- Walking and posting letters
- Working as part of a team to complete all letter drops
- Be capable of walking 10 miles a day
- Working outside in all weather conditions
Leaflet Distributors Candidate Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to EN4
- Can start immediately
- Starting location 15 mins walk from New Barn Train Station
- Previous experience of posting letters
