Are you level 2 or level 3 IMI/NVQ or City & Guilds certified or possibly a time-served vehicle technician looking for a new role within a friendly privately owned independent garage? If you are this vehicle technician you may be who we are looking for.
The minimum level of experience we are looking for is at least 12 months within a garage workshop facility and have the ability as a minimum to do servicing, brake replacement/repairs and replace/repair tyres. Vehicle technician experience and a skill set beyond this is a great advantage.
You will need a full UK driving licence and live within a commutable distance to Kegworth. You will to some extent have your own tools; if you are new to the technician role and have only been a vehicle technician for 12 months, we don’t expect you to have a full set of tools but enough to do the basics. We have diagnostic equipment, power tools and all the garage equipment you will need.
The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm (some flexibility may be required) NO WEEKENDS. The salary is very much experience dependent, but we will pay the right money for the right experience, £28,000 - £30,000 plus.
Please send over your CV for an initial chat and if successful a quickly arranged interview.
